Questions about memory
Q1. Is the memory usage of following two codes same on running?
A: Assigning "A" Sprite from inspector
[SerializeField]
Sprite a;
B: Loading "A" Sprite from Resources folder
Sprite a;
void Awake ()
{
a = (Sprite)Resources.Load("A");
}
Q2. Suppose there are 2 scenes(Stage1, Stage2) and "A" Sprite is only used (assigned to a Sprite Renderer) in Stage1.
"A" Sprite is not in Resources folder.
Stage1 was currently loaded.
If Stage2 was loaded, "A" Sprite would be unloaded from memory?
