2D Death Traps in a Top-Down Perspective
Hello there, I'm currently making a Full out Puzzle-Platformer game in the style of Legend of Zelda that requires the usage of pitfalls within. I'm currently having trouble finding some coding that will essentially make the player respwan once the player touches the pitfall, but not when they're on top of a recently spawned bridge. I've constantly rewritten and deleted my code for the pitfall multiple times, since I haven't been satisfied with previous attempts. Can anyone give me pointers for this conundrum?
