How to handle runtime changes?
I have a scenario, that the device has gone to sleep mode and joystick(input device) connection is lost, when i come back to game, will i be notified?

If you're asking about android specific API's, you should ask on a more general or android specific QA site. For one, most people on here are not very advanced users (no offence indented), secondly only very few that are will have developed for android, yet along used the input device API.
