Help with SVG Tween

Hello, I'm trying to transform one sgv vector into another one AND get the transitions in between. Like in this video of shape tween tool in flash https://youtu.be/b7N1fAdk0Jc?t=206 (3:36). I found this code https://github.com/colinmeinke/svg-tween (more specifically: the batman example), but it's for browser and I'm running this app on a mobile environment. Since it uses a lot of libraries I can't make it work. I don't know if I have time to translate it or if it's the best option.

Does anyone knows how to tween svgs using unity?
