Why does the object rotate when I move the object?
I have a spaceship. When I try to move it, the object rotation changes on the game view but not in the hierarchy( rotation values (0,0,0)). For example when I try to move right the spaceship rotates left a littlebit.
Those pics may help

Uhm... Nope. It does not rotate. Decrease the scene window field of view or just decrease its width in the editor and see that now it seems like it 'rotates' less. However, as I said, it actually doesn't rotate at all. It's just an optical illusion caused by the wide field of view of your scene window camera.
I can see that the ship at the second screenshot still looks straight forward.
If ı try to shoot with ship, which direction will it shoot ? The direction in the picture ?
No. It will shoot to a position that is a couple of meters to the right from the end of the line at the picture.
The ship was in the center, its forward vector has been pointing exactly at the center. Then you moved the ship to the right, and its forward vector now points to some position that is at the same amount of meters to the right from the center.
