Can I access a headset that is connected with the Xbox One gamepad?
Hey folks,
I am developing a multi-user application for windows that users control via Xbox One gamepads. A special feature of this app is that it should track individual speech via microphone. As microphones, I would like to use the Xbox One headsets, that you connect with the gamepad.
Unfortunately, it does not to be so easy to get this to work, if even possible. Using Microphone.devices does not list the headset as a connected microphone.
Does anyone know, if this is technically possible? Maybe someone has heard of similar approaches before. I was not able to find anything with the search function, nor google.
Best, Phil
