Will Installing Unnecessary Packages or Extensions Increase the Final Size of my Built App?

I don't think it is, but let me ask the question just in case.

Will installing unnecessary packages or extensions increase the final size of my built app?

For example, if I install the "Unity Recorder" package provided by official Unity tech into my project that I am going to release as a product, will the final size of my build app take up some space of unused binary operation for the package?

I just want to record my app for the purpose of sharing the visual information or something like that. But if it will take some size or time to build even in the phase of release building, I would never install these stuff, and would use something like OBS instead for recording.
