Unity 5 Unrecognized Substance Files

Just started working with Substance Designer 5, however I'm Having an issue with substance Files. When imported the substance files are not being recognized, as in Unity doesn't know what it is or what to do with it. Double clicking the asset opens them in Substance Designer so there's no issues with the files.

Importing the assets to the latest Unity version on a separate computer works seamlessly. We've uninstalled Unity and substance designer and Re-installed both with no solution. Really not sure where to begin looking.
