Streaming video from web server in android

I imported the video prefab of vuforia and did the following:

1) I kept a sample ogv file in streaming assets and gave its name and extension to the path variable. (Capture2).I got this message in debug.log

Could not initialize video player UnityEngine.Debug:Log(Object) VideoPlaybackBehaviour:Update() (at Assets/Vuforia Video Playback/Scripts/VideoPlaybackBehaviour.cs:177)

2) Then I gave the path of a video on a web server and still got the same message (Capture1)

Why is it failing to initialize the video player ?
