UI interaction not working

I have a Canvas (World space if that changes anything) which has 2 images with buttons and sliders inside but whatever I try they never want to work I have a graphic raycaster on the canvas, there is nothing covering the button, they are interactable and I have an event system but nothing seems to change it I don't know what else to try. I had a similar problem before where a single button would work but no other buttons unless I copied and pasted and kept the styling of the button exactly the same which wasn't ideal which lead me to make this UI but the problem persists.
