Question by Hexx · May 20, 2015 at 11:09 AM · 2dcollidersedit

I can't edit colliders, how do I edit them? [2D]

I can't edit colliders, there is no button.

If I hold down the Shift key there is no indication that I can edit the vertices and when I attempt to it acts as if I am not holding down any button at all.

Hii..

From support: "It was removed because shift is already used for other conflicting things as well. For Move Tool, shift enables freeform (screen space) movement. For Rect tool, shift snaps to axis, keeps aspect ratio when resizing, as well as modifying the effect of other modifier keys."

In Unity 4.6 there's a dedicated button in Inspector labeled "Edit Collider" that you could use to edit the collider.

The first thing I say is: "I can't edit colliders, there is no button."

You are in the Debug Mode. You need to set the mode to be Normal.
