Downloadable Content?
Ey, So i want to make it so that when my game is finished the user can download download external content that adds to the game. is this possible without having download an entire new game just to play a few more levels? (Im using the Personal Edition of Unity)

You should look into AssetBundles for handling loading of additional levels. http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/AssetBundlesIntro.html
Adding to fff$$anonymous$$alzbier's answer,AssetBundles are optimized for runtime loading. It will always beat reading content from the disk through conventional means. I'm on a project currently where it's already in an advanced stage but hasn't used AssetBundles and the loading times and mem needed has been a major pain.
