Mobile Button input broken when built for Mac/PC?

Hi! I'm still very new to Unity, so I apologize if this is an easy fix.

After dealing with a lot of problems with the App store, I've decided to try building my app for Mac/PC for the sake of uploading it on itch.io.

After switching the platform, the buttons function normally in the editor, but as soon as I build and run the app they stop functioning. Could this be a problem with my event system or input module?

I also have a script setting my screen resolution that I worry may be messing with it, but I'm not sure how I can be sure of this. Any help is appreciated!
