How to create avatar for Non Human Skeleton ?

Hello every one !

I have been searching for a long time about Avatar for Non Human Skeleton, but have found nothing. I am intersting for wxample how to create generic animation for Dragon with custom skeleton ( 3 heads, 5 hands, 1 leg and etc. )

Is here anybody how know something about it ?
