Unity: Assertion failed 'succeeded(hr)', screen goes partially white

Hi, while trying to code in Unity, my whole window goes partially white and the following issues happened:

  1. Console starts spamming Assertion failed: Assertion failed on expression: 'SUCCEEDED(hr)'

  2. Screen goes partially white and unaccessible

When I enable full error logs, this shows:

I transferred the files over to another PC but there are no issues at all. Please kindly help!
