UNITY : installation error vc ++ 2015 failed. error 23,UNITY : microsoft vc++ error
I recently download and installed unity but during the installation process. An error comes up "v c++ 2015 install failed with error code 23". after the install finishes i try to launch the engine and an error comes up a pi-ms-win-c rt-run time missing. I checked in the control panel and v c ++ 2015 redistribute is present there (64 bit) but the error remains. i installed unity again thrice, i even reinstalled windows and tried to install unity the but the same problems comes up. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think that I just fixed it. below are what I did for it.
do update all of important windows update.
install service pack from microsoft
installed unity hub and 2019.1
login through unity hub in tray.
but there is no response when I try to open project in unity hub.
installed unity 2018.3
I can select license type and it run without any error.
I don't know what is the reason of that. but I think there is hint what I did.
I have same trouble now. is there anyone can leave answer for us?
