How to Re Generate a tank after first one is killed

How to increase number of tanks for opponent if other player wins. Player 1 has to kill player 2 two times in round 2 while Player 2 has to kill only once for the first win. Increase in win will also increase number of tanks.? Next Tank will be displayed after first one is killed? And how to display Tank No on current tank like After one tank is killed there must be Tank 2 on the current tank
