"field headerImage is required" -- what is THAT?

I am trying to post a game in Unity Connect. In typical fashion, it has me do a bunch of work, uploading images and setting tags and typing descriptions before failing when I try to complete the post, showing me a momentary complaint that I have not supplied a "headerImage" or similar.

There is no such element on the form I just completed.
