Connecting a phone to PC for use [C#]

Hello Community,

I want to connect my Android phone into my PC and use it like a VR headset. I know this can be done with Trinus VR, but with that the phone can't give feedback to the computer (head rotation, etc). Is there any way to do this? Thanks!
