Can i use Mysql.data.dll to connect database in IOS ???

i want to build up a application run in android and ios.

the mysql database is put on amazon RDS service.

i use Mysql.data.dll to connect database.

in android, the application can connect the Mysql database .

but in IPhone, the connect is fail.......

this is code.
