How to change a model into an other model without clone-ing
Here is one for you.
I would really like to change a model's model. Now I know that I can just spawn a new model and I know how to. But I don't want a clone I want to change the model's model or load-in a new model I don't care what you call it. The main reason I want to do so is that all the scripts and materials stay assigned to it. Ever since I have no clue about how to do so; I have no example script or anything, sad enough.

If I understand you correctly, you'd swap the Mesh.

Basically, get the object's renderer and reassign the mesh to some other mesh.
