Selecting and listing game objects in a UI element?

Hallo. I have made a "Ui Controlling Panel" to adjust lights ( brightness and color) in the canvas. This panel adjusts all lights, Now I want to select only one light and change it in the same (!!) panel by clicking on them. What can I do to solve the problem. In addition to that i must add a "Create group" function to controll various lights. Any idea?
