Vertex Snapping - The Question Remains
Hey all.
I'm new here and to Unity and I want to show you something that is happening with my editor version 2018.3.6f1.
When trying to use the vertex snapping tool things don't work properly, objects seem to not recognize vertex of one another correctly and end up getting inside one another. I would like to know if there could be something in my editor that is causing this and how could I fix it or if it is really a bug.
Here's a video I made showing it:

There is many other posts from years ago talking about the same issue and nothing works:
Bizzarre Vertex Snapping behaviour?
Vertex Snapping doesn't "snap"?
Vertex Snapping Produces Gaps
Vertex snapping issues
And others.
If someone has any ideas I would be more than appreciated to know.
