Rate a game - Play Store - Google Store

Hey guys, im really new in all this Unity stuff and i need to know how could i do a thing like, a text that says Rate our game, and 5 stars on the bottle, so the guy press how many stars he would rate the game, and that would send this rate to Play Store to my game page.
