Volumetric Clouds Options Missing

I can't seem to find the checkboxes to enable volumetric clouds in my HDRP settings or in my project settings. I also don't have an override option for volumetric clouds or cloud layer on my volumes. I am on Unity 2020.3.19 and HDRP 10.6.0. Anyone know what the issue could be?

Volumetric Clouds are for Unity 2021.2 and HDRP 12
