AR GPS locator app not displaying lat & long in apk camera display

Hi- I've attached a doc to this question which lays out my current issues building this AR GPS locator app. The doc goes over: 1) How I encountered the issue 2) steps I've taken to try and solve it 3) full text of the scripts being used 4) screenshots of the AR camera values, text manager, GPS locator values, and canvas values... I tried to be thorough so the issue could be clear. If you read this and the issue isn't clear, if you could tell me what I could do to clarify my question/issue, I would appreciate it.
