My sorting layers keep getting messed up. Anyone knows how to fix this issue?
So I am very new to unity and planning to make a simple platformer. However, my sorting layers keep messing up and it looks all weird (see picture). I've made sure a dozen of times that all the prefabs have the right sorting layer and when I was working yesterday it worked fine. Today when I booted up unity it was all wrong. Sometimes it fixes itself for a few seconds before going all weird again. I'm sorry if this question has already been answer or if the solution is right before my eyes but I can't find it anywhere.
I have a similar issue. I was recreating flappy bird to try to familiarize myself with unity. and my bird randomly disappears then reappears mid game. What happening is my background is being rendered on top of y bird about once every 20 background loops. then it corrects itself the next loop. I've tried messing with pos.z and messing with the layer order to no avail. If you've figured how to prevent this, i'd love to know thanks. @L_G
