How do you bump a question?

I have a question which I have thoroughly researched and found no solution to. I bet not many people are able to help me with this question, so naturally it will go unanswered until the right person sees it. This won't happen if it's located on page 20.

So how do I bump the question?

If bumping is not allowed, which other options do I have?

There is no additional info I could provide, as the question itself is rather simple.

Editing the question and adding a blank space at the end of it will bump it at the top of the most recent questions.

You can also comment your own question, but it will clutter the comments section.
