How do i create a mountain side bunker?
In my game I would like to have a bunker built into the mountain side. I have modeled a bunker in blender and imported the fbx file into unity. When I try to use the terrain tools to build mountains around and on top of the model, the mountains are built through and in the bunker. Right no it is just the model, I have not applied any physics or colliders. Is that the problem or is it something else. Please help. My game depends on solving this issue, or I may need to redesign my game.

You cannot carve into the terrain. You can lift the vertices and up and down but you cannot have concave shapes (or convex for that matters). You can make steep cliffs but it will never be perfectly vertical, just not supported.
Your solution would be to create the whole mountain side from Blender and import it so you can have the cave and the bunker.

This issue is that your terrain is one object and the bunker another. You will need to carefully adjust your terrain such that the entire bunker is under the surface terrain, except for the entrance, where they just barely intersect. https://forum.unity.com/threads/how-would-i-cut-a-hole-in-a-terrain-for-an-underground-scene.44971/
As suggested in that link, you can disable the terrain object when the camera is underneath it, so that only the bunker would be visible.
Making the terrain transparent, at the entrance, would allow you to see through it to the inside of the bunker. (Allowing a rigid body to pass through, is a bit trickier, but see that link for some ideas on that too.
