How I add Normal Maps to a 2D animation in Unity having multiple separate sprites?
Currently I'm doing some pixel art stuff in Unity, and I tried to add some normal mapping to add dynamic lighting. I have searched the web and found various articles, but there's a problem: all of them starts from the base that I have a spritesheet per animation, when the reality is:
Because I generate the sprites in a separate program, I have an image per animation frame. This didn't give me problems at all, an was, in fact, pretty easy to work with until now. Because of having multiple images per animation, I cannot use a material and attach an albedo and a normal spritesheet. I have the normal maps in the same way, one image per frame. Is there a form to link the normal map frame to the albedo, having one image per frame?
