Using shaders for text effects (TextMesh)
Hey Awesome developers,
I'm using some in-game text with unity's TextMesh. I want to make a Photoshop-like bevel and emboss effect for it so I've tried to make it procedurally. It's kind of hard to code texture effects like these. I searched it and found that I could make this effect using shaders. But would it be appropriate for mobile, too?
I don't know about the performance and capabilities of shaders. Could anyone explain about shaders for my situation?
