Blob shadow projector
The default shadow projector projects the shadow in the ceiling and on walls. Its's the exact same problem as in this thread: http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/blow-shadow-projector-casts-shadow-on-floor-and-ceiling.5434/
I have fall off and shadow texture set to clamp.
Can you post a screenshot with the projector selected in the scene?

Hope that helps, I have no idea what could be wrong. When the projector is close to a wall it also projects on the wall...

I finally solved it! Changing near clip and far clip solved it, but I'm not sure why. Here's another screenshot showing the correct settings:

Have you tried playing a bit with the near clip plane? But it shouldn't be causing anything funny. And you did say that your fallout texture is set to clamp. Even if it was projecting upwards, it's not close enough to project to the ceiling :/
Edit: converted to answer :P Also, can't see the picture. It doesn't load for me. Most probably the near clip was too far away that it was warping around?
