Project Sprite/Image on Mesh
Hello Guys,
short question: Is there a technique to project a sprite/image at a specific texture coord? I use a raycast to identify the point of hit and I want to show a dynamic image at this hit-point. There is no need for it to be a real Image. I want to preview some changes in the underlaying maps, as I use the terrain object as the core object for my map editor. I calculate the changes via a loop and some parameters such as brush strength, smoothness and so on. So just projecting some float values on the terrain, would work nicely. Too clearify it: I want to reproduce the brush preview on the terrain, as it does in the editor.
