Random Rendering Error?
I recently released the first episode of a game. It seems that random users are having some kind of rendering issue. They can make it to the start screen, but when they try to Play the game (when the first gameplay scene loads) all they get is either a full black screen or a white screen with a black box in the center. I'm assuming the black box is the player or some other game object. I've only gotten this report from people using Windows (one Win 10, two unconfirmed). The game is 2D, I have the latest version of Unity (5.4.1f1), and I'm also using the Adventure Creator asset. Since most people don't seem to have this problem, I haven't been able to determine any common links between the ones that do besides they use PC.
I test the builds on three different machines at home (Win7 64, Win10 32, Win10 64) as well as having some friends test on their devices and this issue hasn't presented itself any any of these computers. I've been emailing with one user who does have the rendering problem and his system specs are nearly identical to my one testing scene. So it can't be a memory issue.
Any ideas on what may be causing this problem?
