"once a native plugin is loaded its never unloaded" warning crashing my apps.

I have a sudden problem that all of the new builds of my running unity games are not running on device now. I got unitynotification.jar deleted from my project unintentionally and after that all jar files in plugin/android folder shows "once a native plugin is loaded its never unloaded.if you deselect a native plugin and its already loaded. Please restart Unity" warning in inspector. Even restarting unity is not resolving my problem.
