Lighting and Rendering
Hi, I am trying to build a home designer app for Android where the user can drag and drop the walls, furniture, table, light etc to design and build the home. I am stuck up in lighting. I know that realtime global illumination cost performance and result in fps drops and that baking lightmaps is a smart option. But in my app, the user first builds the house where the gameobjects are dynamic and become static once they are placed. As lightmap cannot be baked during runtime, what is the right way to go.
Thanks in advance @akshay_sunagar
You can use Occlusions $$anonymous$$aps (Standard Shader) considering the Directional Lighting is static. or write your own shaders. I think using bloom with a low threshold might be a good idea.
