There's no response like a screenshot.
Reinstalling Unity Hub and turning the computer off and on won't help.

Hi, Have you tried to crash the unity hub and editors in your task manager and then restart your computer ? Have you all your OS updated ? You can eventually try to clean your computer with CCleaner
