Beta version to use
Should we be using 2018.3.0b3 or 2018.3.0f2 ?? I know the fps demo only runs on the .0b3 version.

Since it seems like you don't know what the beta phase is and what's the point of a beta version you may want to have a look over here.
If you plan to work on a serious game title you should never use a beta version. The beta version is only for beta testing. Things in a beta version can suddenly change, be removed or replaced by something else. Beta testing is for improving the software (Unity) itself by reporting any discovered bugs at the right place.
I am fully aware of beta testing, its reasons and caveats and its place in SDLC. A unity moderator directed me to the b version for the fps demo, thus the question. The beta site shows 2018.3.0f1 as being the current for testing..so I will not give feedback on the FPS since that was a few beta versions back and they already know it only works there and that version is concluded.
