3d model setup?

I downloaded this 3d model http://artist-3d.com/free_3d_models/dnm/model_disp.php?uid=2050&count=count

How can i import him in unity, i tryed to import it as asset but when i try to put him on terrain nothing happens its like he is invisible pls help :(
