Unity UI slider seems to increment in random whole number values. Need advice please
So I'm fairly new to Unity but I've been dabbling with it since new years. The current problem I've been hit with is the Slider. I want it to increment in values of 1 when I set it to whole numbers which works fine when I have the minimum value at 1 and the max at 10 for example but any higher and it will increment in random values.
For example. With it set to 1-10, every time I move the mouse slowly to the right, it increments by 1. So 1,2,3,4,5. The problem occurs when I set it to 1-300. It increments by any number from 1-5, now this is still when I move the mouse very slowly. It works fine in the inspector, but when I run the program is when I have the problem. So if I move the slider from 1, it might jump to 4 and then 7, 10, 15, 16, 20, 22, 26, etc.
I hope I explained this in enough detail for someone to understand, Google has been useless as I'm not even sure how to explain the problem properly.
