How to render pixelated light?
I am making a 3D retro game and its pixelated. I use low quality textures with point filter and whole render is pixelated using a render texture. I want to include a very basic lighting as well, but the light produces smooth gradient on the object and doesn't look pixelated. I am currently using a shader with a light prepass and my rendering path is set to Legacy Deferred which makes lights look a bit better, but still not good enough. Is there a way to control the resolution of prepass? What is the proper way of doing this?
It seems to be possible to alter the default shaders that control point light attenuation. You will find a couple of threads on this with a google search. Good luck :)
