i got very bad Detection with hollow cubes

In my game i made a huge hollow cube above my player to store ammo(boxes). When i bump into the boxes they teleport inside the box . If i move too fast the box don't detect collision and they just go through !!! the box is made with smaller boxes linked together. and the collision is continuous! i tried making the box use force like player instead of transform.position=player.position but it didn't work. I tried making the collision box bigger but it didn't work. Hope you can help me this my third day scripting(beginner) and I can't find the issue.

It's necesary to move to fast? If is not just put a max value of player speed ,cause the colliders are not working fine at very fast speed
