Object Manipulation and a foreign object

Hello! I am pretty new to Unity and now I have a huge problem. I am trying to move an object imported from Slicer 3D. I use object manipulator script, near interaction grabble script, and box collider but nothing happens. When I use an object downloaded from the internet works perfectly.
