Water Pro is gray through oculus

I'm a first time Unity user, I am trying to create a scene in VR to surprise my loved one for his birthday.

I am using Unity 2020.3.7f1. I dragged water pro onto my scene, and I see the reflections in the game view. But once I build and run, I see only a flat gray plane for water(no ripples or reflections) in my Oculus Quest 2. (Still working on figuring out how to screenshot from oculus)

What am I missing??
