Motorcycle Racing: Incline Briefly while changing lane

I'm making a motorcycle racing game, but like the game Sonic Dash, which has 3 lanes in the runway. I am able to change lane by :

 gameObject.transform.position += new Vector(1,0,0); // to the right

while the gameObject is a motor bike heading towards Z-axis. I would like the bike to be inclined slightly Z-axis briefly when changing lane instead of jumping lane suddenly with one button pressed. How can I achieve this?
