My Character is unable to move since booting up Unity this morning, worked fine last night
As the title says my playable character cannot move since I booted up Unity this morning, nothing has changed in the project since last night and back then everything worked fine. I checked the constraints and everything seems fine, for some reason the player cannot move when pressing any keys and instead only the animations play.
I moved the position of the player into the sky to see if he was stuck in the ground or something but now he's just stuck floating in the sky with no gravity or anything affecting him. I have a few particle trails which follow his movement and those are still affected by the animations as well as gravity.
I also made a backup of my project last night and checked to see if it has the same problem and for some reason they both freeze the player's movement the same way.
I should also mention that I have enemies which move towards the player when he is within a certain distance, these enemies work fine and aren't affected by the same problem.
If anyone has any tips or advice then please let me know bc this issue has completely frozen my workflow as I can't continue with my project when player movement doesn't work.
