Video 2D to stereoscopic for Vr

Hi guys

Whats the easy way to import a video 2D and show it for Vr with oculus or other device? I've found many software for convert video from 2d to stereoscopic. In unity what's the best pipiline for my case? Import a normal video into skybox and load a prefab for stereo camera or import a stereoscopic video directly and show it on canvas and set the camera from mono to stereo?
