iTween NullReferenceException, using MoveTo,iTween Null Reference Exception, using MoveTo

I have this script on an empty object containing 2 buttons and 1 image And I want these to animate to a certain position But this code is not working.

This GameOverOverlay() function is being called from another script

And this is the error that I'm getting:

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object GameOverController.GameOverOverlay () (at Assets/Game Assets/AY_Scripts/GameOverController.cs:20)

Please help me out I am new to iTween and I am stuck on this.
