Unable to create project. Ver 3.0.0

Ok, So thre is the problem. When I search for create my project, the hub say : "unable to create project" look the screen. I change the directory, no change, same for the name of the project and the directory. And another detail. In the project menu the project appears, but in the explorer, there is no file in the forlder than I select. (look the second screen)
