ScrollBar don't work when add ScrollRect Reference
Hi there...
i created canvas then panel then an image which is contain scrollrect then i create a text under scrollrect then i just created scrollbar and give scrollbar reference to scrollrect..when i do that scrollbar automatically fit in sliding area and i cant change that..even in the inspector i changed but whenever i play mode again it come to same situation..thanks for your helping from now..

I had a similar issue, turns out it was because my container wasn't big enough to justify to proceed to a scroll. The container in my case was the object referenced in the scrollrect component of the image, so in your case I suppose it is your scrollrect object.

You have three levels on your hierarchy : top level is canvas, middle level is image (which has the scrollrect component in the unity editor) and the "bottom level" which is a container, which is a gameobject with a rectTransform component (and also the object you set in the scrollrect)
The recttransform component much have a width and/or height greater than the image, otherwise unity won't detect it has requiring to scroll (i.e. if the container is smaller than the image, it means that everything is already displayed so you don't need to scroll to see everything in the container)
Really thanks it works but now i cant see continue of text i mean text is 10 page but i bring scroll to end of sliding but i cant see other pages..i dont know how can i say strongly but my english thats all..
